Positive, The sea view was stunning! We loved the beachfront access, and the in-room kitchen was super convenient for snacks. The outdoor activities were a blast, especially the beach bar with great vibes and a fun music selection. The staff's hospitality was exceptional.

Enjoyed the foam party on Saturday, a hit for both my family and me. the options for dining were quite pricey and didn't match quality expectations. The fitness facilities weren't satisfactory. the gym felt abandoned. Transportation service offered by the hotel was unreliable, causing stress during our stay. It's wise to arrange your transport. The beach area was lovely, but I found myself awaiting pool access due to Zumba classes taking over the space. All in all, it was a mix of enjoyable aspects but several areas needing attention to enhance the stay experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cassia Bintan. The spacious One-Bedroom Apartment with a fantastic seaview was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist, which made my vacation feel genuinely special.

Upon arrival, our room didn't match expectations, leading to an upgrade with unexpected costs. The food prices were astronomical and not justified by the quality. I was shocked to pay SGD 53 for just a few drinks. there weren't enough pool loungers to accommodate guests, making it impossible to find a spot during peak hours, especially with families using the area.
